TRUMPF S3 Automation

S3 Automation automates production in the semiconductor industry. For the next machine series, we developed the concept for the hardware architecture. To validate the product and service concept, we designed a landing page and conducted conversations with the generated leads.

Based on the insights gained, ENDEKO developed machines with a thoroughly considered ergonomic design. The structure is clearly organized, and the work areas are generously defined.

Competitive analysis, development of mood boards, ergonomic analysis, ideation, sketches, and product representations

The machine layout is clearly structured and follows a defined grid that is geared towards the needs of the user. The result is a flexible workstation with sufficient freedom of movement for setting up, operating and monitoring various optical systems.
