XaaS Showcase

In collaboration with R&V Insurance and Bridgemaker, an XaaS (Everything as a Service) showcase was conceptualized and implemented. By using a cobot and a simulated technical process, it was possible to make the abstract topic tangible for various use cases.

Through early visualization in the form of sketches and renderings, the results of the conceptual phase were made comprehensible to all participants. The ability to implement changes directly and the quick coordination process led efficiently to the desired focus of the project.

The implemented dashboard provides a quick and intuitive overview of the current technical conditions, making speeds and loads visible.

Project Steps

Conceptualization of the overall system, selection of suitable machine options for the showcase, selection of appropriate hardware and software components, identification and definition of interfaces
Setup and networking of various dashboards, creation of an interactive robot program, derivation of manufacturing drawings, procurement of components, and supplier management
Installation setup as well as on-site support and supervision

The installation setup is clearly structured and focuses on the essential components. It is flexible and can be deployed in various locations.
